The "Waving Fin" is a heat transfer fin made from thin sheet metal through press processing. It standardizes the fin height in 1mm increments based on three types of wave shapes, allowing for purchases of one unit tailored to specific needs without the need for mold investment. You can also choose the number of fins, and we can accommodate dimensions other than standard products. The "Waving Fin" is a heat transfer fin made from thin sheet metal through press processing. Due to its high precision in fin height and flatness on both the top and bottom surfaces, productivity and production efficiency in subsequent processes (such as joining and assembly) are improved, leading to stabilized performance. Additionally, for dimensions and shapes other than standard products, we can create dedicated molds as a customization project to accommodate your needs. The essential heat transfer fins for compact and high-performance heat exchangers come in various shapes, such as corrugated, wave, and offset shapes. Each shape requires a mold, making them not easily accessible. To cater to such customers, we have cataloged the waving fins. ■ Wave R1.6 The fin heights are available in three types: 2mm, 3mm, and 4mm. The Wave R has a small wave and a small wave pitch, resulting in a shape that causes intense and turbulent flow. Among the three types, it has the highest heat transfer performance, but it also has significant pressure loss, requiring fins or pumps with high static pressure. ■ Wave R2.8 The fin heights are available in five types ranging from 2mm to 6mm. Its performance and pressure loss are intermediate among the three types. The fluid flows along the moderate waves, making it less likely for debris to clog. ■ Wave R20 The fin heights are available in nine types ranging from 2mm to 10mm. Although it has the lowest performance among the three types, it also has low pressure loss, making it a user-friendly shape. With a wide variety of height options, it can be used in various specifications of heat exchangers. Currently, we are offering free samples. By innovating the hole shapes, plate thickness, and fin dimensions of the plate materials, it is possible to design heat exchangers with various flow path structures. It is recommended for liquid-liquid heat exchangers when the fin height is low. ■ Radiator Type A heat exchanger with a radiator structure composed of tubes, headers made from two sheets of metal, and two types of fins. By making the header part a laminated structure, it easily accommodates changes in fin height and the number of tubes.
